My name is Megan.
I have come to realize that there are things that influence your life so heavily, you simply have to shout it from the mountain tops. But I don't have a mountain, I have the internet.
For me, one of the biggest influences in my life has been music. Ever since I first picked up a fiddle in the 3rd grade, I knew that I was meant to play. Over the past few years, music has become an even bigger part of my life and I have decided that I want it to be my everything.
Music has been something I have enjoyed doing with my family. We have been playing together ever since I picked up the fiddle. We have had lots of opportunities to play together, travel to fun places, and have a great time learning more about our craft.
Not only has this talent been one that I have gotten to share with my family, but I have also made some great friends through it. Ones that understand my passion and share in it as well.
Now that I have grown up, graduated from high school, and am out in the world, I have been playing everywhere and anywhere I can. I no longer play with my family band, except for on occasion when we are all around...but, I do several solo acts and play with several bands here and there!
I have had lots of adventures playing music that I'm sure will continue. And now, I have a place to tell all about them and inspire the minds of other young musicians.
I've accepted the great challenge of writing my very own soundtrack, and I invite you to join me on this adventure to figure it out along with me.
